🌐 Our Pro Bono Program
At Ahmad Legal and Migration Services, we understand that many members of our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse ('CaLD') communities face unique barriers when navigating the Australian Family Law system.
To support those most in need, we have established a Pro Bono Program offering limited free legal advice and assistance. At this stage, our program focuses on assisting eligible clients with divorce applications in Australia, where vulnerable individuals may otherwise lack the representation or guidance they need.
✨ Why We Offer This Program
We recognise that:
-
Some people cannot afford legal representation due to severe financial hardship and remain trapped in difficult positions.
-
Others face significant language and cultural barriers in accessing legal help.
-
Family breakdown is a difficult time, and a lack of access to justice can make it even harder for some.
Through this initiative, we aim to ensure that, in appropriate cases, vulnerable clients are not left without the opportunity to exercise their legal rights.
📝 What We Can Assist With
Under our Pro Bono Program, we may provide:
-
Assistance with preparing and lodging divorce applications.
-
Basic advice on related family law matters, such as parenting or property, to help point clients in the right direction (note: this will be limited in scope).
-
Guidance delivered in a confidential, respectful, and culturally sensitive manner.

✅ Ready to Proceed?
If you are ready to proceed and have access to your documents/information, then please complete our Divorce Questionnaire. The question may take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. We will get back to you to arrange a Zoom or telephonic meeting with you to guide you further if you meet our above-mentioned eligibility criteria and complete the Divorce Questionnaire fully and correctly.
