Late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellations disrupt not just our schedule, but also impact our valued clients. Kindly review these Terms & Conditions carefully, governing your appointments with us. Please note, we can revise these conditions at any time, with changes applicable to future appointments only. ​ You acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions by booking an appointment with us. 1 - This appointment option is available only for the existing customers of Ahmad Legal And Migration Services who have an active Client ID (or Matter Reference ID) who have engaged our full-scale service for a visa application or a Family Law matter. 2 - The Client IDs generated for the purposes consultations only cannot be used to book an this appointment. 3 - An existing client can book an appointment using this option no more twice. 4 - Determining whether a client has an active Clied ID is in our sole discretion. 5 - Booked appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by us at any time. 6 - Existing clients may lose their right to book another appointment if they book an appointment under this option but then do not attend the meeting or do not reschedule or cancel their appointment in a timely manner.
